• Valid for stays until 31/03/2027 (excluding festive dates).
• At check-in, proof of residence in the Azores will be required. If residency cannot be proven, the hotel reserves the right to apply the current public rate.
• Only one modification to the original reservation is permitted up to 7 days before arrival. Cancellation does not entitle the guest to a refund of any amount. It is possible to book fewer nights than the original reservation. The amount payable can never be lower than the value of the original reservation. Any additional rate adjustment required must be paid.
