The Azoris Angra Garden presents itself, from May 2018, as a renovated and modern hotel in the most central square of Angra do Heroísmo.
The birth of the Azoris brand brought with it a desire to reinvent the Group's hotels, not only by improving their infrastructure, but also in the services we can offer to those who choose to stay with us. In this way, the Azoris Angra Garden underwent a significant transformation, respecting, however, the architectural features that characterize the hotel as an integral part of the heritage city of Angra do Heroísmo.
The rooms have undergone a total transformation, with new textiles and finishes that transmit an enormous tranquility. The common areas underwent profound changes in terms of layout and decoration, now breathing the “Garden” concept, the brand image of all Azoris Group units. The hotel's lobby has increased the available area by more than 50%, with a modern and welcoming atmosphere.
One of the most important changes is the refurbishment of our Restaurant , which takes the feeling of the Duque da Terceira garden into the dining room, transforming it into an extremely pleasant space to enjoy a delicious meal.
The transformation of our bar will also be remarkable, which is intended to be a space not to be missed when visiting the historic center of Angra, which will now serve quick meals, but with sophistication and creativity, aimed at both residents and visitors, with a concept new and contemporary, with a direct opening to Praça Velha and a new designation - Plaza Bistro & Wine Bar.
Azoris Angra Garden, as a Quality and HACCP certified hotel, intends to raise its quality standards in service and wants its image to represent just that. With all these improvements, we believe that this will be one of the top reference hotels on the island of Terceira, with the intention of becoming a 4-star hotel, in a new environment, comfort and service category.
