• Azoris Hotels & Leisure is increasingly committed to the satisfaction of its customers, for this reason it invests in the certification of its hotels through the adoption of measures aimed at reducing the impact of tourist activity on the environment where our hotels are located.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
Credit card Upon check-in, guests must present a credit card for guarantee purposes in case of extra consumption or damage caused, which can be assessed after an inspection of the accommodation.
Return Costs
In the event of cancellation with return of values, the Hotel reserves the right to charge the customer with the expenses incurred for this purpose (bank or other), plus a service fee of €25/reservation.
Outdoor Equipment in the Rooms
It is not allowed to place sports equipment in the rooms, or any other object for outdoor use, such as bicycles, surfboards/bodyboards, skateboards, golf bags, among others. Please contact Reception to arrange for them to be placed in an appropriate location.
Minimum Age to Book
To book a hotel in the Azoris group, you must be at least 18 years old.
