Credit card
Upon check-in, guests must present a credit card for guarantee purposes in case of extra consumption or damage caused, which can be assessed after an inspection of the accommodation.
Returns Costs
In the case of cancellation with a refund, the Hotel reserves the right to charge the customer with the expenses incurred for this purpose (banking or other), plus a service fee of €25/booking.
Outdoor Equipment in Rooms
It is not permitted to place sports equipment or any other object for outdoor use in the rooms, such as bicycles, surfboards/bodyboards, skateboards, golf bags, among others. Please contact Reception to have them placed in an appropriate location.
Minor not accompanied by father and/or mother, or third party with parental responsibility
To enjoy our accommodation services, minors must be accompanied by their father and/or mother, or a third party with parental responsibility or in possession of a document authorizing the stay of a minor (contact us for more information).
